भाजपा विधायक द्वारा कांग्रेस उम्मीदवारों के नामांकन खारिज करने के लिए दबाव बनाने का आरोप

देहरादून। नामांकन पत्रों की जांच में सत्ताधारी दल के एक विधायक द्वारा नगर निगम प्रशासन व पीठासीन अधिकारी पर कांग्रेसी उम्मीदवारों के नामांकन पत्र खारिज करने के लिए अनुचित दबाव बनाने का आरोप लगाते हुए प्रदेश कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष सूर्यकांत धस्माना के नेतृत्व में कांग्रेस नेता व कार्यकर्ता मुख्य नगर आयुक्त के कार्यालय में धमक गए ।
और उनको चुनावी प्रक्रिया में दखलदांजी नहीं करने के लिए चेताया। धस्माना ने मुख्य नगर अधिकारी से कहा कि चुनाव में प्रशासन हस्तक्षेप नहीं कर सकता और उम्मीदवारों के नामांकन में अगर किसी दूसरे उम्मीदवार को आपत्ति है तो उसका निस्तारण पीठासीन अधिकारी ही कर सकते हैं कोई और उसमे हस्तक्षेप नहीं कर सकते।
मुख्य नगर अधिकारी ने धस्माना की बात से सहमति व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि किसी भी प्रकार की कोई आपत्ति पर पीठासीन अधिकारी ही निस्तारण करेंगे और नगर निगम प्रशासन कोई हस्तक्षेप नहीं करेगा । इस आश्वासन के बाद सभी ने पीठासीन अधिकारियों से मिल कर यह आग्रह किया कि वे बिना दबाव में आए नियमानुसार ही नामांकन पत्रों की जांच व निस्तारण करें।
पीठासीन अधिकारियों ने उनको आश्वस्त किया कि निष्पक्ष रूप से नामांकन पत्रों की जांच व निस्तारण किया जाएगा ।
धस्माना के साथ महानगर कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष डाक्टर जसविनदर सिंह गोगी, पूर्व विधायक राजकुमार, लाल चंद शर्मा, धर्मेंद्र टीटू , इलियास अंसारी, रॉबिन त्यागी, चरण जीत कौशल आदि प्रमुख नेता उपस्थित रहे।
