टिकट माफिया पर रोक लगाने को रेलवे सख्त
अब फर्जी एजेंटों की नहीं चलेगी चाल
नई दिल्ली। 1 जुलाई 2025 से तत्काल ट्रेन टिकट बुक करना अब पहले जैसा आसान नहीं रहेगा। रेलवे ने तत्काल टिकट बुकिंग प्रक्रिया को अधिक सुरक्षित और पारदर्शी बनाने के लिए अहम बदलाव किए हैं। अब IRCTC के पोर्टल या ऐप के माध्यम से टिकट बुक करने के लिए यूज़र का आधार से लिंक होना और OTP वेरिफिकेशन ज़रूरी कर दिया गया है।
रेलवे ने यह फैसला फर्जीवाड़े और दलालों की गतिविधियों पर लगाम लगाने के उद्देश्य से लिया है। इसके तहत 15 जुलाई से OTP आधारित सत्यापन पूरी तरह से अनिवार्य हो जाएगा। यानी बिना आधार लिंक किए यूजर टिकट बुक नहीं कर पाएंगे।
अगर आपने अभी तक अपने IRCTC अकाउंट में मोबाइल नंबर और आधार कार्ड की जानकारी अपडेट नहीं की है, तो जल्द करें। इसके लिए यूज़र को अपने खाते में लॉग इन करके ‘My Account’ सेक्शन में जाकर ‘Update Profile’ के विकल्प से मोबाइल नंबर जोड़ना होगा। OTP वेरिफिकेशन के बाद मोबाइल नंबर सफलतापूर्वक अपडेट हो जाएगा।
इसके साथ ही रेलवे ने सुझाव दिया है कि यूज़र तत्काल बुकिंग से पहले IRCTC पर मास्टर लिस्ट तैयार कर लें। इससे टिकट बुक करते समय यात्री की जानकारी पहले से सेव रहेगी और बुकिंग प्रक्रिया तेज हो जाएगी।
रेलवे का यह कदम आम यात्रियों को राहत पहुंचाने और टिकट बुकिंग प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता लाने के लिए उठाया गया है, जिससे टिकट माफिया की पकड़ कमजोर हो सके।
