विभिन्न राज्यों के कानून का अध्ययन करने के बाद धामी सरकार ने बनाया दंगाइयों के विरुद्ध देश का सबसे कड़ा कानून

सीएम धामी का साफ निर्देश “देवभूमि में शांति व्यवस्था से नहीं करेंगे कोई समझौता”
देहरादून। 2 साल के कार्यकाल में ही सीएम धामी ने अपने धाकड़ निर्णयों से पूरे देश में अलग पहचान बनाई है। चाहे वह देश का सबसे सख्त नकल विरोधी कानून हो या फिर विधानसभा में समान नागरिक संहिता बिल पास कर पूरे देश को उत्तराखण्ड की ओर से समानता का संदेश देना। 5 हजार एकड़ से अधिक सरकारी भूमि को अतिक्रमण मुक्त करना भी सीएम धामी की विशेष पहचान बनी है, मुख्यमंत्री धामी उत्तराखंड के पहले ऐसे मुख्यमंत्री हैं जिन्होंने लैंड जिहाद के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए भू-माफियाओं की कमर तोड़ के रख दी।
धामी सरकार का सख्त नकल विरोधी कानून युवाओं के सुरक्षित भविष्य के लिए सशक्त आधार बना है। आज उत्तराखंड की छवि पूर्ण पारदर्शिता से प्रतियोगी परीक्षाएं आयोजित करवाने वाले राज्य के रूप में तेजी से मजबूत हुई है। अब अन्य राज्य के युवा भी धामी सरकार द्वारा लागू किए गए सख्त नकल विरोधी कानून लागू करने की मांग भी अपने-अपने राज्यों में कर रहे हैं।
अब एक ऐसा ही कठोर निर्णय सीएम धामी दंगाइयों के विरुद्ध भी लेने जा रहे हैं। अधिकारियों ने मुख्यमंत्री धामी के निर्देश पर दंगाइयों के विरुद्ध देश के विभिन्न राज्यों में लागू हुए कानूनों का अध्ययन पूरी तरह कर लिया है। अब उत्तराखंड फिर एक बार धाकड़ धामी के नेतृत्व में दंगाइयों के खिलाफ कठोर कानून लाने के लिए तैयार है। माना जा रहा है आने वाले कुछ दिनों में ही दंगाइयों के विरुद्ध एक बिल विधानसभा में पेश किया जा सकता है। सीएम धामी ने इसके संकेत अपने पिछले कुछ बयानों में भी दिए थे, पुष्कर धामी का स्पष्ट कहना था कि देवभूमि के शांतिपूर्ण माहौल को किसी भी कीमत पर बिगड़ने नहीं दिया जाएगा।
