स्वयं के कर से भी वित्तीय वर्ष का कुल राजस्व 22,500 करोड़ तक जाने की उम्मीद
देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में प्रदेश सरकार, कुशल वित्तीय प्रबंधन का उदाहरण प्रस्तुत कर रही है। इस वित्तीय वर्ष के शुरुआती नौ महीनों में ही खनन से 686 करोड़ रुपए की राजस्व प्राप्ति हो चुकी है, जो गत वित्तीय वर्ष के कुल राजस्व 646 करोड़ रुपए से अधिक है।
प्रदेश में वित्तीय अनुशासन बनाए रखने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के निर्देश पर अपर मुख्य सचिव (वित्त), सचिव वित्त की अध्यक्षता में राजस्व अर्जित करने वाले विभागों के साथ पूरे वर्ष लगातार बैठकें की जा रही हैं। जिसके अब सकारात्मक परिणाम सामने आने लगे हैं। इसी क्रम में खनन से होने वाली राजस्व प्राप्ति में वर्ष दर वर्ष वृद्धि हो रही है। वित्तीय वर्ष 2019-20 में खनन से कुल 397 करोड़ रुपए का राजस्व प्राप्त हुआ था। जो वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24 में बढ़कर 646 करोड़ जा पहुंचा। वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24 में गत वित्तीय वर्ष के सापेक्ष लगभग 36.86 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि हुई थी।
अब वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 में 29 दिसम्बर तक ही खनन से कुल 686 करोड़ रुपए की राजस्व प्राप्ति हो चुकी है। जबकि इस वित्तीय वर्ष में अभी तीन माह शेष हैं, अब तक के आंकड़ों से इस वित्तीय वर्ष के अन्त तक खनन से 1000 करोड़ रुपए से अधिक की राजस्व प्राप्ति होने की उम्मीद है। यह वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24 के सापेक्ष करीब 50 प्रतिशत अधिक होगी।
रणनीति में किया बदलाव
मुख्यमंत्री के निर्देश पर वित्त और खनन विभाग ने राजस्व बढ़ोत्तरी के लिए, रणनीति में बदलाव करते हुए, निगरानी का काम वाह्य सहायतित एजेन्सियों को दिया। जबकि पूर्व में खनन कार्यों की मॉनिटरिंग खनन विभाग द्वारा ही की जाती थी। जिसके सकारात्मक परिणाम आए हैं।
स्वयं के कर से भी बढ़ रहा राजस्व
राज्य के स्वंय के कर राजस्व में भी वर्ष दर वर्ष बढ़ोत्तरी हो रही है। वित्तीय वर्ष 2019-20 में राज्य को स्वंय के कर से 11513 करोड़ रुपए का राजस्व प्राप्त हुआ था, जो कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24 में बढ़कर 19245 करोड़ हो गया। इस वित्तीय वर्ष में स्वयं के कर से कुल राजस्व करीब 22,500 करोड़ रुपए होने की उम्मीद है।
